Using layered image editing to juxtapose archival footage with present-day visuals, the sequence bridges past and present in a haunting reflection of survival. Hand-drawn cell-animated silhouettes walk across the screen, gradually thinning to represent the unimaginable struggles of Jewish people during the Holocaust.
